MY SPONGE CAKE

I am using this recipe since years its perfect sponge cake , its even don’t need icing , if u want decoration u can use this as cake base

RECIPE

3 eggs

sugar 8 tablespoon ( grind it )

Oil 6 tablespoon

maida ( all purpose flour ) one cup

baking powder 1& 1/2 teaspoon

Liquid Milk = 4 tablespoon
Vanilla essence = 1 tsp

Yellow food color few drops /if powder a pinch

METHOD:

1 . Mix flour and baking powder and sieve 3
times and keep a side

2 . Separate egg whites and yolks,

3 . beat whites till soft peaks forms,

4 .add yolks beat,

5. add grind sugar beat,

6 . add oil and vanilla essence beat

7 .Add milk n color mix

8. now add flour mixed baking powder n fold with wooden spoon, make smooth batter,

9. Now pour in 7 & 1/2 inch square or round greased tin

10. and bake in preheated oven on 170 degrees or mark 3.5 for about 30 – 45 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out Clean .
yummy soft like cotton sponge cake is ready.

Oil = 6 tbsp
Maida = 1 cup
Baking powder = 1&1/2 teaspoon
Doodh = 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
Peela rang kuch qatre/ agr khusk rang ha tou aik chutki

TARKEEB :

1. Maida may baking powder dalain or
3 bar chanain or side pay rakhain.

2. Ande ke zardi or sufedi alag alag
krlen.

3. Sufedi ko itna phenten k pore jhag bn
jae.
ab bowl ko olta kr k Chk karain
agar safedi nechay na geray to ess
ka mtlb thk jhag Bne ha, agar safedi
helay to mazeed phantana paray
ga . dobara Chk karain bowl ko olta k
agar nechay na geray to bus sahi ho
gae hay , ab agay kam start karain.

4 . Ab zardi dal k phenten.

5. Ab Cheeni dalen ache trha phentain.

6 . Ab oil or vanilla essence dal k
phenten.

7. Rang or dodh b dal len or mix karain.

8. Ab maida jo baking powder dal k
chana howa tha wo thora thora dal kr
lakri k chamach sy mila len.

9 .Ache trha mix kr k smooth better bna
len. bus kheyal rahay k had say zyada
mixing nahi krni Jo jhag ando say
bnaya tha WO phus na ho jay , sponge
bnta he esi say hay.

10. Ab 7 & 1/2 inch k gol ya choras
grease sanche mai dalain.

11. Ab 10 minutes phlay say garm oven
may 170 degree pr 30 sy 45 min tk
bake krlen ya jb tk tooth pick khushk
nikal aeye.

Mazedar or naram spong tayyar ha.
