RED VELVET CAKE
Making Velvet cakes was my dream , before attempting velvet I thought it would be very difficult but I was wrong its super easy and I fell in love with the outcome of my creations , so I made so many versions of velvet cakes here’s one of them , later will share more , I made eggless velvets they are super amazing .

RED VELVET CAKE

8 inch TIN ( or any tin that holds 6 cups of liquid) / 170 degrees centigrade/ 45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cups all purpose flour = 125gm

1 tbsp coco powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 /2 tsp baking soda

1 /2 cup milk + 2 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

oil = 4 tbsp

eggs = 1

1/2 cup sugar = 8 tbsp ( grind it)( i use less sugar you an add more sugar as per taste)

RED FOOD COLOUR 2 tbsp ( or as per ur color)

Method:

1 . Mix all dry ingredients flour, baking soda, baking powder , coco powder .Sieve three times now add sugar mix n set aside.

2. Separate egg white n yolks , beat egg white till foam .keep a side

3. Mix milk + 2 tsp vinegar keep a side .

4. Mix together oil and egg yolk, vanilla essence. keep a side.

5 . Mix all wet ingredients now n pour in dry ingredients mix well .now add red food color n mix now in last add egg white foam n fold gently.

6.Now bake on 170 degree centigrade for about 20 minutes then turn heat to 150 degree centigrade n bake till fully done r till toothpick inserted comes out clean. your Red velvet cake is ready.

RECIPE IN URDU

RED VELVET CAKE ( urdu)

8 inch TIN ( ya koe be tin jis may 6 cups pani ay)/ 170 degrees centigrade/ 45 minutes

1 cup maida = 125gm

1 tbsp coco powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 /2 tsp baking soda ( meetha soda)

1 /2 cup dodh + 2 tsp safaid sirka

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

oil = 4 tbsp

anda ( egg) = 1

1/2 cup cheeni = 8 tbsp ( grind kr lain) ( may cheni kum istemal krti hon ab apnay hesab say zeyada b dal sktay hain)

Lal khany ka rung 2 tbsp ( ya apny rung k hesab say )

Tarkeeb

1 .sub khushk ajza maida , metha soda, baking powder , coco powder ko mix karain , 3 bar Chan lain or ab peci cheni b dalain or mix kr k side pay rakain.

2. anday k safaidi or zardi alag krain, safaidi ko beat karain foam (jhag) bna lain or side pay kr dain.

3. dodh + 2 tsp safaid sirka mix kr k side pay rak dain.

4. oil , anday k zardi ,vanilla essence mix krain or side pay rakhain.

5 . tamam wet( gelay) ajza ko mix krain or khushk ajaza may shamil kr dain. ab lal ( red ) khany ka rung b shamil kr k mix, akhir may anday k sfaidi mix kr k fold kr dain aram aram say .

6. ab 170 degree centigrade pr takreebun 20 minutes tk bake krnay k bad heat ko 150 degree centigrade pay lay ain full done honay tk, jb tk toothpick center may checking k bad saf na niklay. Ap ka red velvet cake ready hay.
