HOMEMADE APRICOT JAM  WITH JUST 2 INGREDIENTS WITHOUT PECTIN 

( URDU + ENGLISH)

Made apricot jam from my own home grown apricot tree fruit,  with only 2 ingredients,  no need of pectin , its so tasty that I made so many batches again on my kids demand . so sharing with you all my sisters .

STEP 1 –  REMOVING APRICOTS   SKIN &     SEEDS

TAKE  1/ 2 KG = 500 gm OF APRICOTS 

Pour apricots in boiling water , leave in water for few minutes ,then take one apricot peel  the skin , if  peeled easily , then  drain all water , peel all apricots skin & remove seeds.And then pour the pulp in measuring cup so will get 1 & 1/2 measuring cup full of apricot pulp .

STEP 2  –  MAKING JAM 

1 & 1/2  cup apricot pulp 

 1 & 1/2 cup sugar 

METHOD

1.Pour pulp and sugar in a steel pot .

2.Cook on medium low flame for 5 minutes just melt sugar , then cool & grind or blend .

3.Now again cook for about 5 minutes , Stir continuously so don’t burn at bottom of pot.

4.As its get thick like jam its ready .It will get more thick after cooling so keep consistency accordingly.

5.Cool and pour in sterilized bottles.

6.Keep in fridge , just take out at time of use n then return back to fridge.

NOTE📝

📝Can store for 1 month in fridge .

📝 Can freeze too for 6 months in plastic airtight box.

Ghar ka bna Khobani ka jam Sirf 2 chizon k sath Bina pectin k

STEP  1 – KHOBANI KA CHELKAY OR      GUTHLIAN NIKALNA
Khobani = 1/2 kg = 500 gm

Khobani garam pani mai dalen,kuch der pani mai chor den,phr aik khobabi len or oss ka chilka otar kr dekhen agr asani sy otar jae tou phr pani gira den or baqi ke khobani b chel len or guthle b nikal den.Ab ess goode ko measuring cup sy naap len 1 & 1/2 cup gooda ho.

STEP  2  –  JAM BANANA

1 & 1/2 cup khobani ka gooda 

1 & 1/2 cup cheni

TARKEEB

1. Khobani ka Gooda or cheni ko steel k bartan mai dalen.

2. Halke anch pr 5 minutes tk pakaen ta k  cheeni pighl jay bus  ,   phir thanda kr k grind krain .

3. Ab grind krnay k bad dobara mazeed   takreebun 5  minutes pakain , Sath sath hilate jaen ta k neche na lage.

4. Jb garhe hone lage tou jam tayyar.ye thanda hone k baad or garha ho jae ga ess leye itna garha rakhen jo baad mai sahi rahe.

5. Thanda kr saaf shehay ke bottels mai dal len.

6. Fridge mai rakhen or zaroorat k wqt nikal kr estemal kren.

Note 📝: 1 mahenay tk fridge may rakh sakty hain .

📝Or freezer mai 6 mahene tk plastic k box may .
