EGGLESS DIABETIC GULAB JAMN

At last  successfully made   diabetic gulab jamn for my husband , they are eggless too , turn so perfect by grace of Allah , my husband liked n enjoyed a lot , from  now onwards one more confectionary item for my Eid ( Holly festival ) diabetic menu😊 

Am sharing with you all my sisters so you can make for your diabetic love ones too.

Makes 8 Gulab jamn 
INGREDIENTS



1/2 cup milk powder ( nido)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 green cardamom seeds ( crushed)

1 tbsp all purpose flour ( maida )

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp semolina (suji )

2 tbsp milk ( liquid)
FOR SYRUP



1/2cup + 2 tbsp  water 

Artificial sweetner =32 canderal tablets ( 4 per Gulab jamn) ( ASPERTAME)(don’t use sucral its not for diabetis)

1 tbsp oil 

mix n give a boil keep a side.

Oil for deep frying
METHOD :
 1.First make syrup n keep a side.

 2.Soak semolina in liquid milk for 2 minutes & keep a side.

 3.Mix all dry ingredients  then add oil mix n rub it will be crumbly then add  soaked semolina along with liquid milk n knead , then immediately make 8 balls (smooth & crack free) 

4. Now deep fry in a wok in warm oil on low flame , they will rise up in oil after few seconds , rotate all balls  as turn golden brown , take out strain excess oil , n pour in warm syrup n cook for a minute on low flame , as all balls soak syrup n turn soft its done , turn off flame n  take out all balls  n roll in dedicated coconut  n serve.

BINA ANDEY KE DIABETIC GULAB JAMN

Akhir kar maine bina sugar waley gulab jamn bana liye woh bhi bina ando ke , Allah ke karam se woh bahut hi umada bany , mere shohar ne bade mazey se chakhe. Ab se meri confectionary item jo ki Eid(Holly Festival) diabetic(bina sugar) menu mai ye bhi shamil ho gai hai. 

Main aap sabhi behno ke liye ye recipe share kar rahi hun taki aap bhi apne gharwalon ( pariwar ) ke sugar ke mariz ke liye ye bana sakey.

8 Gulab jamn banege

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup milk powder ( nido)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 green cardamom seeds ( kutti hui)

1 tbsp all purpose flour ( maida )

1 tbsp oil

1 tbsp semolina (suji )

2 tbsp milk ( liquid)

CHASHNI KE LIYE

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp  water 

Artificial sweetner =32 canderal tablets ( 4 per Gulab jamn) ( ASPERTAME)( sucral estimal nae karain WO diabetics k Lea nae hay)

1 tbsp oil 

Oil fry karne ke liye
METHOD :
1. Sabse pahle chashni banaye gey..aur side rakhe gey.

2. Suji ko 2 minute ke liye dudh main bhigo kar side per rakhe gey.

3. Sabhi sookhe samaan ko oil ke sath milaye , ache se hath se masaley, phir dudh mai bhigoyi suji ko mila kar gundhe , tabhi turant iske 8 balls bana ley ekdum smooth balls ho koi bhi darrar na ho.

4. Kisi bartan mai oil garam karey , gas ko dhima karey aur balls daal kar dhimi gas per hi fry karo, thodi der baad woh oil mai uper uth jayenge. Sabhi balls ko ache se ghumate huye sunhara hone tak fry karey. Phir extra oil ko balls se nikal kar nimm chashni mai daal ker 1min tak low flame per pakaye. Sabhi balls chashni mai ache se dub jayengi and soft ho jayengi. Gas band karey balls ko nikal kar khopray k chooray (nariyal powder) mai ghuma kar serve karey.
