🍫CHOCOLATE SWIRLS 🍫

My soft like cotton chocolate swirls , dissolves in mouth ummmm……My whole family liked this too much , so sharing with you all my sisters make and bring smile on your family members faces:)

       (  makes  8 swirls ) 

INGREDIENTS

DOUGH

2 &  1/4 cups all-purpose flour ( MAIDA) 

4 &1/2 tbsp sugar ( grind it )

2 & 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

3/4  cup  = 12 tbsp warm milk

oil 2 tbsp

FOR FILLING 
1/2 cup  homemade chocolate spread

HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SPREAD

BEFORE BAKING  SODA WASH
1/2 cup (4 ounces) warm water

2 tablespoons baking soda

AFTER BAKING 
after baking use this butter apply this 

3 tablespoons butter( MELTED)

METHOD:

1.  In a large bowl  place the   flour( maida) , grind sugar ,  oil ,    instant  yeast ,  Mix well & knead  with warm milk , add   milk little  at a time to form a soft ,  smooth dough. Knead the dough, by hand , for about 15 minutes, until it is  soft, smooth . 

NOTE kneading by rubbing with hands is necessary  to get a really soft results from this dough .

2. Now put this dough in airtight box inwarm place for an hour to rise , till dough doubles .

3 . After the dough rise , Transfer the   dough to a lightly greased work  surface ( kitchen counter ) and divide it into  8 equal pieces .

4.  Allow the pieces to rest, covered,   for 5 minutes , so all 8 pieces get  settle.

5.  Roll each piece of dough into   14  inch long  and  little wide   too , apply chocolate spread  then then apply little water with brush or finger on both edges then   roll  ( see pictorial  )give shape to all 8 . 

Allow them to rest for 10 minutes,  while doing all this 10 minutes will automatically pass :mrgreen:

6.  combine the 1/2 cup warm water and the baking soda, and place it in a        shallow bowl or  plate. 

 Make sure the baking soda is  dissolved well .if it isn’t, it will make your swirl splotchy(dhabbay dar)( This is called baking soda wash)

7. Now apply that baking soda water with brush on all swirls( on  top and  sides of swirls )this is called baking soda wash (this will give the  swirl a nice golden-brown color),

  now place them on the greased &  dusted with flour baking tray . 

8 . Sprinkle them lightly with normal sugar .

9. Bake on 200 degrees centigrade   in    preheated oven.  Bake the swirls for 7 to 9 minutes or until they’re golden brown. 

10.  Remove the swirls from the oven,and brush them thoroughly with the melted butter. Keep brushing the butter on until finish it gives these  swirls  their taste. 

11.   Yummy soft like cotton chocolate swirls r ready.  Eat the chocolate warm, or reheat  them in an oven or microwave.

AJZA 

DOUGH

2 & 1/4 cup maida

2 & 1/2 tbsp cheeni ( peec lain)

2 & 1/4 tsp khameer ( instant yeast)

3/4 cup = 12 tbsp garam doodh 

Oil 2 tbsp

FILLING K LEYE

1/2 cup ghr ka bna choclate spread.

Tareeqe k leye ye link dekhen.

BAKING SAY PHLAY SODA WASH
1/2 cup ( 4 ounce ) garam pani 

2 tbsp baking soda  ( Metha soda)

BAKING K BAAD 

Baking k baad ye makhan lagaen

3 tbsp butter ( Peghla lain)

TARKEEB:
1. Aik bare pyalay mai maida,pese hoe cheni,oil,khameer( instant yeast) ache trha mila k gondhen thora thora garam dodh dal kr ta k dough naram or smooth bane,dough ko hath sy 15min gondhen ta k naram or smooth ho jae.

Note :Hathon sy ragar ragar kay gondhna bht zaroiri ha ta k dough naram bane.

2 .ab ess dough ko bnd dhakan walay dibbby mai rakhen garam jagah pr 1 ghente k leye ta k wo phool kr double ho jae.
3. Jb dough phool jae tou dough ko oil lage shelf pr nikal len or 8 brabar hisson mai piece krlen.

4. Sb pieces ko dhap kr rakh den ta k wo set  ho  jaen .
5. Hr piece ko bail kr lambi se rassi jesa bna len 14 inch lamba or thora chora ta k choclate laga saken
ab chocolate spread lagain hlka sa pore lambi patti Jo bnai ess pr or hlka sa pani dono kinaron pr lagain brush ya ongli ke madad say phr  roll krlen ( tasvir mai deken ) sb 8 pieces ko aese shakal de len.

Or 10 min k leye rakh den ta k wo set ho jaen. (Ye sub kam krtay 10 minutes waisay he guzara Jain gay ):)

6. Adha cup garam pani or baking soda mila len kisi gehre plate ya bowl mai ye dehan rakhen k soda ache trha mix ho jae agr ache trha mix na howa tou ap k swirl pr dhabay bn jaen gy.(Esse soda wash khty hain.)

7 .ab brush say WO baking soda wala pani  in  swirls pay oper ke trf or sides pay lagain achi tarah is say  acha golden rung ay ga.
Sb swirl ko grease or maida lage tray pr rakhen.

8. Sb swirl pr amm ghr ke cheni chirak den.
9. 200 degree centigrade pr pehle sy garam keye howe oven mai bake kren 7 sy 9 minute ya jb tk wo golden brown ho jaen.
10. Sb swirls ko oven sy nikal kr pighla howa makhan lagaen brush k sath.

11. Naram,mazedar swirl tayyar hain garam garam khaen ya dobara micro wave mai garam kr k khaen.

  1. Hi.
    I made these swirls today.
    But mine got burnt from base.
    So what I did wrong?
    Second do we have to put all the mix of sodawash on rolls or just have to wet swirls with it.
    The taste was awesome even they burn from baseπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
    One more thing is this soda wash all watery or it forms paste.
