HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SPREAD

Once upon a time πŸ™‚ i was making chocolate swirls( my up coming recipe)  and I don’t have  chocolate spread …. Oh my God …. market was closed 😦😦😦 , so I made my own and it turned out  best, you won’t believe much better than the local company  made available here.

Use it on toast or use as filling in buns and breads , the choice is yours πŸ™‚

MY HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SPREAD🍫 makes 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp =  sugar ( grind it)

2 Tbsp =  powder milk

3 Tbsp =   liquid milk

1= Tbsp coco powder

Butter  or ghee = 1 tbsp

METHOD:

 1. Mix all cook on very low flame.

2. Stir continuously , while cooking.

3. As paste like consistency forms its ready now,  turn off flame.

4. When  it cools it will turn   more thick like company made. 

 Your chocolate spread is ready to  use.

πŸ“If it turn too much  thick after cooling it means you have over cooked , don’t worry your effort and ingredients are safe just add few drops of milk or as much as required ,  mix it , make spreadable consistency and again ready .

Aap ise chahe toasts per lagai ya buns ki filling karain , jis tarah istemal kare …ye aapke uper h..:D:D

MY HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SPREAD 

Is recipe se takreebun 1/2 cup chocolate spread banta hay.

AJZA 

3  Tablespoons  = chini ( peec lain )

2   Tablespoons =  khushk dudh   ( dudh yani milk powder)

3  Tablespoons = Dudh (milk)

1Tablespoon  =  Coco powder 

1 Tablespoon = makhan (butter) ya Ghee

TARKEEB-:

1-Sabhi cheejo ko acche se Mila lain  aur bahut kam aanch per pakai.

2-lagatar chalate hue tab tak pakai jab tak ye  paste ban jai (   paste)

3–Ab aanch band kar de .

4 . Jab ye thanda ho jaiga to ye company wale chocolate spread ki tarah aur garha (thick) ho jaiga . 

Apka chocolate spread taiyar hay.

πŸ“Agar ye thanda honay k bad mazeed garha ho jay, is ka mtlab ap nay zeyada time k Lea pakaya  , to pareshan nahi hona , ap ke mehnat or AJZA  bikul zaya nahi hoay ,ap Chand katray dudh ( milk ) dalain ya jitna chaeay h0, bus mix karain or chocolate spread k tarah ka ho jay to ready .

    And it was simply yummilicious spread.

    One question
    For how long we can keep it in fridge ?if made in large quantities .

  3. My today batch of spread is finished .my children licked it .
    Will make again in double or triple quantity πŸ˜€and will keep in fridge. will tell you results.
