Heres  my super soft n  tasty banana muffins , what an aroma of baked bananas .


Yeilds 12 muffins


2 &1/2 cups all purpose flour

2 & 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 &1/4 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup  sugar = 12 tbsp ( then grind it)

1 cups + 2 tbsp extra mashed bananas ( 5 bananas)

5 tbsp cooking oil

2 large eggs ( at room temperature )

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence


1.Preheat the oven to 170 degrees  Centigrade

2. Lightly brush a 12-muffin tin with oil    and dust with flour   or line greased paper cups in tins and keep a side.

3.Mix the flour, baking powder ,    baking soda,  sugar, together in a  bowl , keep aside.

4.Mash bananas keep a side

5. Roughly beat both eggs keep a side.

6. Mix the mashed bananas, oil,  eggs,  and vanilla in a large bowl measure it will be 2 cup ( if less add  more mash banana make total liquid  2 measuring cups)

7.Make a small well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the center; then stir with a wooden spoon until the dry ingredients are moistened but still lumpy.

Do not over mix the batter or your muffins will come out dense.

8. Pour this batter in piping bag or empty food bag cut the tip so can easily pour your batter in muffin tins..

9.Fill each muffin cup full so you will get perfect doomed muffins.

10.Put the muffins tins in the oven and   Bake on 170 degrees centigrade until  golden brown, about 25 minutes,    rotating the pan halfway through the cooking. (Insert a toothpick into the center of a muffin to check if it is   done. Toothpick should come out clean).

11.Cool muffins in the pan on a rack for a couple minutes. Turn the muffins out   of the pan and cool on the rack.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

3/4 cup cheni = 12 tbsp (pees len)

1cup+ 2 tbsp extra kucle howe kele ( 5 kele )

5 tbsp pakane wala oil

2 bre ande (fridge k na hon )

1/2 tea spoon vanilla essece


1. Oven ko 170 degree pr phle sy grm kr len

2. Muffin tin ko brush k sath halka sa oil laga len or maida chirak dain ya oil say chiknay keay paper cups tin may lagain or tin aik trf rakh den.

3. Maida,baking powder,meetha soda, cheni en sb ko aik pyaley mai mila kr aik side pr rakh den.

4. Keleon ko kuchal kr aik side pr rakh len

5. Dono ando ko phent kr rakh len.

6. Kuchle howe kele, oil,  ande or vanilla essence ko milain  baray pyaley , agr ap en sb ko mapen tou 2 cup hon ge ( agr kum ho tou utna kela or mash kr k dal len ta k 2 cup ho jae )

7.Khushk chezon k darmian aik garha sa bnaen or gele wale ajza oss mai dal den or lakri k chamach sy mix krlen ta k sar khusk chezen gele ho jaen.

Batter ko bht zyada mix na kren warna apke muffins buhat chiknay bane gy.

8. Batter ko pipping bag ya plastic ke thele mai dalen or aege sy kat kr muh bna len ta k apka batter asani sy muffin tin mai dul sake.

9. Hr muffin cup ko pora bharen ta k wo aik acha phoola howa muffin bane.

10.Muffing tin ko oven mai 170 degree pr rakh kr bake kren yaha tk k golden brown ho jaen, taqreeban 25 min k leye,

Pakne k doran pan ke aik bar side badal len, ( muffin k darmian mai tooth pick dal kr check kren agar tooth pick khusk ho tou ess ka matlb muffin tayyar hain)

11. Muffins ko kuch der thanda honay dain tins  may ya   rack pr nikal len or garam pesh kren , ya thori dair bad.
