FLOUR BUTTER CREAM / ERMINE FROSTING
RECIPE IN ENGLISH
4 tablespooons all purpose flour
one cup milk
one cup kitchen sugar( I used 8 tablespoon)
200 gm butter ( room temperature)
( take out butter from fridge one hour before making )
one teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
1.. Mix flour+ milk+ sugar , cook on low
flame just make paste like thin custard
turn off flame , cool at room temperature.
2.When completely cooled, pass through
sieve to remove lumps , whip with hand
whisk/ electrical beater. N keep a side .(
3…Beat butter till fluffy n light in color n doubles in size , now add that above
custard 1 tablespoon at a time in butter n
beat , do this till full custard gone into
butter , beat so soft peaks will form ,
add vanilla essence mix , n your flour butter
cream is ready.
Now use it to decorate cakes n cupcakes.
Fill in piping bags n draw designs etc.
๐Note: if you feel its very runny don’t panic its ok just keep in fridge so it will become little hard then use.
๐Note : if you left it in fridge for longer time n it became more harder then you want no problem just keep in kitchen and keep an eye on it as comes according to your choice use it.
๐NOTE: Use it r keep in fridge for 3 days ,when needed bring to room temperature just whip n use, you can pipe , cover cakes etc.

or square n 3 inch high cake

2.butter ko khob phaint lain jb tk fluffy n light color n double ho jay .
3.ab aik aik tbsp WO thanda kea custard dailain r phaintain , tb tk jb tk pora custard add ho .
4.aur ab vanilla essence mix kar lain.
5.ab agar color dalna ho to color Jo b food color ho add kr k mix . agar aik say zeayada colors bnanay hon to alag alag bowls may mix .
6.ab is amezay ko fridge main rakhain.ta k , whip cream jasa look ho jay , phr fridge say nikal kr cake decoration krain .
is cream say 6 inch cake decorate ho skta hay.
